By booking BartendForHome's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
1.1. To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event.
1.2. Payment can be made via accepted methods outlined by BartendForHome. Failure to complete payment may result in the cancellation of services.
2.1. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within a specified time frame may require additional fees.
2.2. Refunds are not provided for payments made for completed services.
3.1. BartendForHome will provide services as agreed upon in the booking, including DJ services, bartending, equipment setup, and related services.
3.2. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated to BartendForHome in writing and may result in adjustments to the pricing.
4.1. BartendForHome will provide necessary equipment and setup for the agreed-upon services. The client is responsible for ensuring a suitable space and power supply for equipment setup.
4.2. The client agrees to cover any damages caused to BartendForHome's equipment during the event, excluding normal wear and tear.
5.1. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or permissions required for the event, including music licensing if applicable.
5.2. The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue address, event schedule, and any specific requests, well in advance.
6.1. The client may provide music and cocktail preferences, and BartendForHome will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests.
6.2. BartendForHome reserves the right to make adjustments to music and cocktail selections to maintain a suitable event atmosphere.
7.1. BartendForHome carries liability insurance for its services. Clients and guests agree not to hold BartendForHome liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during the event.
7.2. The client agrees to provide a safe environment for guests, adhering to alcohol consumption laws and regulations.
8.1. BartendForHome reserves the right to terminate services in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, unsafe conditions, or breach of contract by the client or guests.
9.1. The client agrees to allow BartendForHome to use photos and feedback from the event for promotional purposes, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
10.1. BartendForHome shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, and technical issues.
